Nikki McGuigan grew up in Atlanta, Georgia.  She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Georgia State University.  She worked for years as a commercial lines property/casualty insurance agent.  Nikki and her family moved to Lakewood Ranch in 2015, and currently reside in Esplanade Golf and Country Club.

Nikki has a passion for service and wants to make your experience in buying or selling real estate as stress-free as possible.  As a full-time agent, she will work hard to make your experience as pleasurable as possible.
