A Manatee County native, Paul Hockenbury grew up in eastern Manatee County when Lakewood Ranch was pastures and citrus groves, even before I-75 was built! He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Florida State University and returned to Manatee County to teach in the public school system. He earned a Master’s Degree in Ed Leadership and worked in the School District of Manatee County for 24 years, both in School Administration and Professional Development. Paul enjoyed his role as an Elementary School Principal for the past 12 years and is now excited to serve this area as a full-time real estate agent. Paul is dedicated to the community in which he was raised and his knowledge of the area and attention to detail will ensure that all aspects of your transaction are done in a smooth and timely fashion.
