My sister flew down and met Frank to view a couple of the homes. After a couple of days, she thought she found the home she was looking for but decided to return home to think about it. A couple of days after she came home, Frank called and said he found a home she would love and it was less expensive than the one she initially liked, yet had all of the features she loved.
Frank took her on a video tour of the home and my sister bought the house without ever stepping foot inside. During this time I expressed to Frank that I was also interested in buying. Frank visited a few properties I was interested in and gave me real time video tours of the properties while voicing his opinions of the plusses and minuses of each. Finally, I was able to fly down to Florida and meet Frank.
He took me to a property I had inquired about and it was OK. The photos I had seen made the property look better than it really was. Frank then said, "let me take you to a place that I think you will love". Frank took me to see a new construction home. He opened the door to the home and it had every option that I said my wife and I wanted. Very open floor plan, 3 car garage, big master suite and a big kitchen. This home has to be outside our budget, I thought but Frank had some inside scoop. He knew that the original deal fell through and the builder wanted to move the house.
Frank was able to get us the home for $23,000 less that the original people were going to pay for the house! My sister and I can't be happier with our purchases and our experiences with Frank Harris. He took great care in listening to our needs, visited homes while we were 1100 miles away and gave us video tours and even did my final walk through for me while I was working in New Jersey. I have met my first friend in Florida and his name is Frank Harris. Sounds corny, I know but Frank made us feel like his friend and not his customer.
